ipaBITAGmo Inc. (IBMI) is a non-government organization (NGO) purposely established to fight all forms and manner of abuses in both the government and private sectors, seeking to provide assistance to all victims of abuses, social, political, and economic injustices.
ipaBITAGmo Inc. through its “HELP DESK” seeks to find immediate solution on cases of excesses, abuses, exploitation, deceit, and neglect, or denial of the rights of victims, by any government and private institutions.
ipaBITAGmo Inc. can initiate action with the participation of all affected and interested parties calling for transparency, accountability, and culpability.

History
History
ipaBITAGmo Inc. is a non-government organization (NGO) registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). Founded in 2023 by its Chairman Emeritus, Mr. Ben Tulfo, ipaBITAGmo Inc. was inspired by its advocacies and core values anchored in compassion, empowerment and action.
Factually, ipaBITAGmo Help Desk started in 2005. Back then, it was labeled as BITAG Action Center under the BST Tri-media Production. It was the start when we opened our doors to the victims of social injustices, abuses, exploitation, deceit and neglect of government and private institutions. BST Tri-media Production office was located in Tandang Sora Avenue, Quezon City.
Since then, the BITAG ACTION CENTER served the following television public service programs namely, ‘Kilos Pronto,’ ‘Aksyon Ora Mismo,’ ‘BITAG Pambansang Sumbungan’ and ‘#ipaBITAGmo.’
In March 2016, the BITAG Action Center continued to serve its purpose when the company transitioned to a corporation as BITAG Media Unlimited Incorporated (BMUI). Stand toe-to-toe with the big boys, BMUI Corporate office is located at the Richwell Center 102 Timog Avenue in Quezon City.
BMUI then, decided to widen its scope of service by doing outreach programs, and medical and financial assistance with the collaboration of different government agencies and private institutions.
In 2023, BMUI registered ipaBITAGmo Incorporated as a non-government organization (NGO) but continued to use the name #ipaBITAGmo as its hybrid community action center.
In 2025 June, BMUI decided to turnover to ipaBITAGmo Incorporated its BITAG ACTION CENTER and renamed it ‘Help Desk.’
ipaBITAGmo Incorporated Help Desk aims to expose, combat and come up with speedy resolutions of cases in collaboration with its media partner, BITAG Multimedia Unlimited Incorporated (BMUI).
BMUI then, decided to widen its scope of service by doing outreach programs, and medical and financial assistance with the collaboration of different government agencies and private institutions.
In 2023, BMUI registered ipaBITAGmo Incorporated as a non-government organization (NGO) but continued to use the name #ipaBITAGmo as its hybrid community action center.

Beyond from being the CEO of Bitag Media Unlimited Inc. (BMUI), Ben is an advocate for change and a volunteer of IBMI-NGO (IpaBitagMo Inc.) with core values: compassion, empowerment, action.
IBMI-NGO is an non-government organization established in 2023 with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). IBMI-NGO is a watchdog and oversight to help fix the broken system in the government.
IBMI-NGO was founded by Ben Tulfo.
Over the years of doing his television and digital shows, Ben has gained a significant following both in the mainstream and digital media due to his commitment to exposing wrongdoings and advocating for the public’s rights.

Ben is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of his own company, Bitag Media Unlimited Inc., a corporation registered in 2016 with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
BITAG was launched in 2002, started as a production outfit under a single proprietorship.
Since then, BITAG has been a catalyst in the media landscape bridging government agencies and victims of various social injustices, crime, corruption, public grievances and other societal problems. BITAG is known for its direct, and “right-in-your face” style when it comes to issues and standing for the voiceless and faceless and the people involved being investigated.
Ben is a seasoned Filipino broadcast journalist and gained popularity through his public service television programs; investigative show BITAG New Generation; no-holds barred analysis and no-nonsense news analysis show BITAG Live, and other shows. All these shows are being produced by Bitag Media Unlimited Inc.
BMUI is the media partner of IpabitagMo Inc. (IBMI-NGO).
