Whether it’s individuals facing financial hardships, families seeking food assistance, medical assistance or victims of social injustice, ipaBITAGmo Action Center listens. The staff and volunteers work tirelessly to connect those people coming to us with the appropriate services, ensuring that everyone receives the support they require.
The heart of the community
ipaBITAGmo Action Center opens its doors each day, Monday to Friday from 8:00 in the morning to 5:00 in the afternoon. A stream of visitors and ‘complainants’ arrive, each person bringing their own hopes and struggles. Some come seeking immediate assistance, while others may be looking for long-term solutions. Volunteers and staff members greet them with empathy and understanding, offering not just resources but also a listening ear. This personal connection is vital, as many people find solace in knowing they are not alone in their challenges.
