MISSION

To fill the needs of others by leading with compassion, empowering those we serve, and taking action to create positive and lasting impact.

To  help victims of all kinds of abuse, exploitation, negligence, and scams—raising awareness, championing their rights, and working towards a safer, more just society for all.

History

ipaBITAGmo Inc. is a non-government organization (NGO) registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). Founded in 2023 by its Chairman Emeritus, Mr. Ben Tulfo, ipaBITAGmo Inc. was inspired by its advocacies and core values anchored in compassion, empowerment and action.

Factually, ipaBITAGmo Help Desk started in 2005. Back then, it was labeled as BITAG Action Center under the BST Tri-media Production.  It was the start when we opened our doors to the victims of social injustices, abuses, exploitation, deceit and neglect of government and private institutions. BST Tri-media Production office was located in Tandang Sora Avenue, Quezon City.

In March 2016, the BITAG Action Center continued to serve its purpose when the company transitioned to a corporation as BITAG Media Unlimited Incorporated (BMUI). Stand toe-to-toe with the big boys, BMUI Corporate office is located at the Richwell Center 102 Timog Avenue in Quezon City.

Since then, the BITAG ACTION CENTER served the following television public service programs namely, ‘Kilos Pronto,’ ‘Aksyon Ora Mismo,’ ‘BITAG Pambansang Sumbungan’ and ‘#ipaBITAGmo.’

BMUI then, decided to widen its scope of service by doing outreach programs, and medical and financial assistance with the collaboration of different government agencies and private institutions.

In 2023, BMUI registered ipaBITAGmo Incorporated as a non-government organization (NGO) but continued to use the name #ipaBITAGmo as its hybrid community action center.

In 2025 June, BMUI decided to turnover to ipaBITAGmo Incorporated its BITAG ACTION CENTER and renamed it ‘Help Desk.’

ipaBITAGmo Incorporated Help Desk aims to expose, combat and come up with speedy resolutions of cases in collaboration with its media partner, BITAG Multimedia Unlimited Incorporated (BMUI).
